By accessing and using the vibracolombia.co website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

2. Use of content

All editorial content published on VibraColombia (text, images, graphic design) is the property of VibraColombia and is protected by copyright law. Embedded videos and posts belong to their respective creators on YouTube and Instagram.

3. Embedded YouTube and Instagram content

VibraColombia displays YouTube videos and Instagram posts through official embeds, which load only when you click on them. We do not host or distribute audiovisual content directly: everything remains on its original platform and is subject to each platform's terms of service. We share this content to promote Colombian culture and support its creators. If you own any of these videos and would like us to take it down, reach us through our contact form and we will remove it immediately.

4. Affiliate links

The site currently contains no active affiliate links. If they are introduced in the future (for example, through programs such as Booking.com Affiliate Partner or Amazon Associates), they will be identified with the rel "sponsored" attribute, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and this section will be updated to reflect it.

5. Newsletter

By subscribing to "The Colombia Insider" and confirming your subscription (double opt-in), you agree to receive monthly email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.

6. Advertising and voluntary support

The site currently displays no advertising. It is sustained through voluntary donations via Ko-fi, an external platform with its own terms of service. If advertising is introduced in the future (for example Google AdSense, planned only within blog articles), these terms and the privacy policy will be updated before it goes live.

7. Limitation of liability

VibraColombia provides content for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information presented. Travel decisions should be based on additional research.
